This unique dessert is the ice-cream potato and it was the amazing. Its an all vanilla ice-cream treat that resembles the baked potato. The toppings include cocoa powder (as the skin) then a creamy vanilla Ice-cream, whipped cream, cookie crumbs and a nice chocolate fudge drizze to finish.
